My professional path led me from surface chemistry to team leadership.
After seven years as a technical specialist, I realized that my true calling
was not only solving complex problems, but supporting people.

Curious by nature and driven to understand how things work,
I initially chose a scientific path to keep my options open.
A formative encounter with chemistry during college reshaped my ambitions
and pulled me into a world defined by rigor, analysis, and precision.

I entered the workforce as a laboratory analyst,
and my constant desire to learn quickly pushed me toward more complex roles.
Step by step, my journey evolved from technical expert to manager.

Pursuing an MBA marked a turning point.
More than a credential, it allowed me to fully embrace what had already become clear:
my passion lies in leading people, structuring teams,
and building healthy, high-performing work environments.

Each day brought the privilege of watching teams grow,
gain confidence, and consistently deliver strong results
within clear and motivating frameworks.

Today, after many rewarding years in team leadership
and following the closure of my previous workplace,
I chose the entrepreneurial path.
