My professional path is unconventional. Along the way, from my background as a chemist specializing in surface chemistry, I discovered after seven professional years that my true vocation was human leadership.
Being young and thirsty for challenges, I opted for science studies and wanted to maximize my options. My initial ambitions were focused on interpretation, but a chance encounter with the world of chemistry at CEGEP changed that. Driven by curiosity, I dove into this exciting universe.
Quickly entering the job market as a laboratory analyst, my insatiable thirst for learning led me to take on more complex positions. One thing led to another, my journey led me from technical specialist to manager.
Pursuing my desire for development, an MBA came to enrich my profile. This diploma, beyond a certification, was the key that opened the door to my true passion: team management.
Every day gives me the privilege of seeing my teams grow, flourish and excel.
Today, after rewarding years in team management and facing the closure of my previous workplace, I chose entrepreneurship.
My mission ? Put my expertise at the service of businesses.
